Edinburgh Day 22 (8/19)

Good news again today - two of the three cast that previously tested positive for COVID are now repeatedly testing negative (and the third person has had a negative test) we are cautiously preparing to resume performances tomorrow.

My day was again pretty chill, and with the weather being by and large cold and grey, I stuck to the routine and mostly around the flat for a quiet day, reading and playing guitar. The big success came for dinner, though. As evening came around I was feeling both hungry and restless, so I wanted to get out of the house, but I still wanted a chill spot to eat and read, so I did a bit of googling. I landed on a wine and hummus bar down the street called Nótt. I ended up spending 2 hours there, enjoying a couple of glasses of wine and a bunch of appetizers while sitting at the bar. It was exactly what I had been looking for, and it’s going on the list of places I might go back to.

Tomorrow - rehearsal and (fingers crossed) a show!
